St. Peter’s Parish was ALIVE with activities this past weekend.  The Fall Frolic was a resounding SUCCESS on Saturday, October 4th!   Our grounds were open to everyone and a large amount of folks came from all over the Community to help usher in the Fall Festivities.   A HUGE Thank you to the many MANY volunteers who helped make this weekend special.

Nothing but smiles could be seen from bouncy houses to the Blessing of the Pets.  See if you were SPA-SPOTTED by clicking here to view our Parish Photo Gallery.

The 2014 Baby Bottle Campaign  also started this weekend.  We are so proud of our Parishioners…everyone was so anxious to participate we actually ran OUT of baby bottles to give away!   But don’t worry, if you didn’t get one last weekend after mass, there will be more available next weekend.

This year the campaign will be dedicated to The Living Vine, a Savannah residence for women who choose not to have an abortion and have their babies.  We will be collecting the bottles at Masses on the weekend of November 1st and 2nd.  Thank you for your generosity!

On Sunday, October 5th Parishioners enjoyed coffee and donuts after all masses.  A New Comer Breakfast was hosted at the Rectory after the 11:15 Mass welcoming new families to our Faith Family, and several of our youth participated in this year’s Annual Life Chain held in Savannah off Abercorn Street.     Yes, St. Peter’s Parishioners were busy, busy, busy this past weekend, but stay tuned…there’s a lot more on the Fall Agenda!   More fun opportunities for fellowship, stewardship, and faith formation.
