FEAST OF THE CHAIR OF ST. PETER On Friday, February 23rd, we will celebrate our parish patronal feast with a semi-potluck dinner in the parish center. Everyone is invited to attend. This year we will be recognizing and thanking ALL those who volunteer in any way in our parish – as liturgical ministers or school volunteers, as money counters or cooks for Family Promise or RCIA meals, as room mothers or altar linen washers. If you are a volunteer in our parish, we want to thank you.
Because this celebration is a Friday in LENT, our meal must be meatless. We will provide some meatless main dishes and we ask you to bring appetizers, salads, desserts and whatever you care to drink. We will start at 6:30 p.m. with Stations of the Cross in the church, then move to the parish center for the feast. As you arrive you can drop your food off in the parish center, then come to church to join in the prayer. We would like to get a head count so we will have sign up sheets in the church beginning this weekend. Save the date and come enjoy an evening of prayer and fellowship!
