Events Calendar

March 30th – Chrism Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist at 11:00 a.m.  Because of the pandemic, this Mass is not open to the public this year.

April 1st – Holy Thursday Mass will be celebrated at 7:00 p.m. to commemorate Our Lord’s Last Supper, followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until 11:00 p.m. There is NO 7:30 a.m. Mass that morning.

April 2nd – Good Friday  There will be Stations of the Cross at 3:00 p.m.  At 7:00 p.m. there will be a Liturgical Service, Veneration of the Cross and Holy Communion.  The Pontifical Good Friday collection is for the Holy Land.  There is NO 7:30 a.m. Mass that morning.

April 3rd – Holy Saturday Anticipated Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 8:30 p.m.  We will welcome our R.C.I.A. candidates into the Catholic faith at this Mass.  All are welcome to attend.  Please note: there will be NO First Saturday Mass that morning and NO 5:30 p.m. Vigil Mass that evening.

April 4th – Easter Sunday  Masses will be celebrated at the usual times: 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 11:15 a.m.  The Second Collection will be for the Priests’ Retirement Fund.

Please note that masks and social distancing will be required at all Holy Week services.
