Knights of Columbus These men provide many services for the parish. They work on various projects which benefit St. Peter the Apostle Parish and school. Council of Catholic Women (CCW) The group meets monthly. Guest speakers covering a wide variety of issues are often invited. Women’s Discussion This group of women meet monthly in various members homes and discuss topics pertinent to today’s women. The format is spiritually based, covering a wide variety of issues. Contact person: Patti Stewart 912-898-0736.
Men’s Club This group of men meet monthly. They offer assistance in many ways to the parish and help with other community needs, such as the Carmelite sisters. They meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Parish Center room #1. Contact person: Joe Hasbrouck, 912-897-6956.
Forever Young The parish senior citizen group meets the 2nd and 4th Friday in the Parish Center. They customarily meet at 11:30a.m. for fellowship and lunch. Guest speakers and activities are routinely scheduled. The group is open to anyone 55 years and older. Contact person: Janet Hubbs, 912-898-0806.
Respect for Life This ministry is a non-confrontational organization focused on a prayerful approach to fight abortion. We pray that the leaders of our nation may remember that the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness apply to all people from conception to their natural death.
